    This McDonald's is by far the worst in the Tri-Cities area, if not all of Washington. My husband went to pick up dinner and when he got home with our food, mine was not only NOT HOW I ORDERED IT, the bun was as hard as a rock, even microwaving it didn't soften it..at all. This is not the only time we've had issues with this store. We keep going back because it's the closest to our house, and I guess I'm also hoping that at some point things will get better. I tried calling in before writing this review, but there was no answer. Apparently, everyone is too busy screwing up orders to be bothered with answering the phone. I think from now on, we'll just be finished with McDonald's...ALL OF THEM.
