  Loved it. Had a river view, nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. Dinner and drinks in the lounge were excellent and meet some nice people. Definitely will be back.

  Took my partner and kids and we joined a bunch of my family and we all stayed in rooms overlooking the pool. We had a wedding and a reunion in Richland. I asked for early check in and it was no problem with Sierra at front desk... The staff was fun. Derrick the maintenance-bell hop was right off of a sit-com and he made us feel like family and right at home. You can tell its an older building it even still has real metal keys for the doors but we really enjoyed our overnight stay.

  Good deal for the price. Called last minute and got a suite at less than half the rate of competitors. It was clean and quiet.

  I was there Valentine's day night. The room was spacious and homey. I really enjoyed the jaccuzi tub, however, the button to activate the jets got jammed and about 9pm the smoke detector started chirping due to a low battery.
